Chili Chews operates using USPS to ship out all packages.

Packages that only contain one bag of candy have a shipping cost of $4.99. Orders of two or more bags have a shipping cost of $7.99. All orders are processed through USPS and are separated between First-Class Mail and Priority Mail. All orders above $49.99 will be shipped for free!

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekend days will be processed the following business day. Orders placed by 2:00 PM PST will be shipped out of our warehouse within 3 business days.

All of our orders are made fresh daily, and as a result orders are processed within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday and are accompanied by a tracking number. If there is a surge in orders, we will process them on a rolling basis and inform you of all updates! Packages usually take 2-5 days to be shipped throughout the nation. Please keep in mind that we send packages out of California - delivery dates may vary for your state!

If you’d like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, please email hello@chilichews.com ASAP! Our order modification window is currently 12 hours from the time your order was placed. We will do our best to catch your order before our team processes and ships it out! Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to it and it is your responsibility to collect your order at the shipping address that was provided.
